Overview.
We will advise our clients for the purposes of drafting contracts of employment, option agreements, job descriptions, workplace rules and any other agreements and documents that may be needed for the purpose of employment relationships. We help our clients to formalise and modify contracts of employment, on matters that may incur as the consequence of cancellation of contracts of employment and in labour disputes.
We are willing to advise our clients on reorganisation matters, such as determination and regulation of rights and obligations of the employer and employees for the purposes of merger and acquisition transactions. We will take care of any work and residence permit application matters and visa applications and help to prepare any documents you may need in the course of related proceedings.
