Overview.
We advise our clients on matters involving the implementation and interpretation of international and European Union law and for the purposes of communication with the institutions of the European Union. We will help our clients to determine the applicable law and court jurisdiction. We advise entrepreneurs on international trade matters, prepare the required contracts and documents.
We are happy to advise any clients wanting to address the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. We can also advise on and represent you in a cross-border court, executive and bankruptcy proceedings and will defend the interests of our clients in cross-border matters.
